Berger-Seidle AquaSeal Pafuki Filler 5 L

Water based, solvent free filler solution for professional wood floor preparation.

AquaSeal Pafuki is a high quality filler solution designed for mixing with fine sanding dust to create a paste for trowel filling timber floors. It offers excellent filling properties and is ideal for closing hairline gaps and small joints before applying lacquer or oil finishes.

The final colour is achieved by mixing Pafuki with fine wood dust from the actual floor, giving a close colour match.

Product details:

  • Size: 5 L
  • Coverage: approx. 20 m² per litre (one trowel coat, depending on floor surface and joint size)
  • Recommended tool: BergerTool AquaSeal Trowel
  • Shop 250 ml tester separately

How to use:

  1. Collect fine sanding dust, ideally from grit 80.
  2. Mix AquaSeal Pafuki with the sanding dust to form a smooth, trowel ready paste.
  3. Trowel fill joints up to a maximum width of 2 mm, working the paste richly into gaps.
  4. Spread the paste quickly and evenly over the floor.
  5. Allow to dry fully, then carry out the final fine sanding.

Drying:

  • Under normal climate conditions, the surface can be sanded after approximately 30–45 minutes.
  • Large joints and cavities may extend drying time.
  • Do not sand until the surface is fully dry.

For larger gaps:

  • For joints wider than 2 mm, use Berger Seidle AquaSeal FlexFill or AquaSeal Pak Stop instead of Pafuki.
