Shipping policy

Thank you for choosing EcoGrit. We dispatch the same day on orders placed
before 2pm AEST Monday to Friday.

Same-day dispatch
- Orders placed before 2pm AEST Monday to Friday ship the same business day
  from our Knoxfield warehouse.
- Orders placed after 2pm AEST or on weekends ship the next business day.

Shipping rates
- Shipping is calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and the
  delivery address. We do not offer free shipping.

Bulk and pallet freight, orders over 25 kg
- Orders over 25 kg ship as bulk freight and are not charged a flat rate at checkout.
- Checkout will not show a shipping amount on these orders. This is not free shipping.
- We calculate the actual freight for your delivery address and invoice it
  separately before your order is dispatched.
- If you would like the freight cost confirmed before you order, email
  sales@ecogrit.com.au with your items and postcode and we will quote it.

Delivery times
- Melbourne metro: 1 to 2 business days
- Sydney, Brisbane, Adelaide: 2 to 4 business days
- Perth, Darwin, Tasmania: 4 to 7 business days

Warehouse pickup
- Collect from 1/50 Rushdale Street, Knoxfield VIC 3180 at no charge.
- Monday to Friday, 7am to 4pm AEST.
- Call ahead on 0403 964 703 so we can have your order ready.
