Refund policy

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with original labels and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, contact us at sales@ecogrit.com.au. Returns are sent to 1/50 Rushdale St, Knoxfield VIC 3180.

If your return is accepted, we will send return instructions. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Return shipping

Customers pay return shipping unless the product arrived faulty or incorrect.

Restocking fee

A 25% restocking fee applies to approved returns.

Damages and incorrect items

Inspect your order on arrival. Contact us immediately if the item is faulty, damaged, or wrong, so we can evaluate and make it right. We cover return shipping in these cases.

Exceptions, non-returnable items

Some items cannot be returned: custom or made-to-order products, special-tinted products, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, gases, sale items, and gift cards.

Refunds, store credit only

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are issued as store credit. If more than 7 business days have passed since approval, contact us at sales@ecogrit.com.au.
