Limited Warranty
EcoGrit stands behind the quality of its products. We offer a limited warranty on all products purchased directly from EcoGrit or authorised EcoGrit retailers.
Warranty Coverage:
- The warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of between 6 months to 3 years from the date of purchase.
- EcoGrit will, at its discretion, repair or replace the product if it is found to be defective within the warranty period.
Exclusions from Warranty Coverage:
- This warranty does not cover damages resulting from misuse, accidents, improper maintenance, alterations, or normal wear and tear.
- EcoGrit is not liable for any incidental or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the product.
Submitting a Warranty Claim:
- To submit a warranty claim, contact us at sales@ecogrit.com.au within the warranty period.
- Provide proof of purchase, a detailed description of the issue, and any relevant photos to support your claim.
- EcoGrit reserves the right to request the product to be returned for inspection to assess the claim.
