Ecogrit stands behind the quality of its products. We offer a limited warranty on all purchased directly from Ecogrit or authorized Ecogrit retailers.

Warranty Coverage:

  • The warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of between 6 months to 3 years from the date of purchase.
  • Ecogrit will, at its discretion, repair or replace the product if it is found to be defective within the warranty period.

Exclusions from Warranty Coverage:

  • This warranty does not cover damages resulting from misuse, accidents, improper maintenance, alterations, or normal wear and tear.
  • Ecogrit is not liable for any incidental or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the product.

Submitting a Warranty Claim:

  • To submit a warranty claim, please contact us at contact@ecogrit.com.au within the warranty period.
  • Provide proof of purchase, a detailed description of the issue, and any relevant photos to support your claim.
  • Ecogrit reserves the right to request the product to be returned for inspection to assess the claim.
