Product details:

• Size: 5.5 L (includes hardener)
• Sheen: Satin/Matt
• Coverage: approx. 10 m² per litre (depending on wood surface and application method)
• Recommended primer: AquaSeal FlexPrimer

Mixing and application:

1. Mix CeramicStar with the included AquaSeal Hardener at a 10:1 ratio shortly before use.
2. Stir thoroughly immediately after adding the hardener.
3. Allow the mixture to rest for 10 minutes to achieve optimum usability.
4. Pot life: The mixture is good for 2 hours. While it may remain liquid for longer, do not use it after 2 hours as the final film properties will be compromised.
5. Apply in 3 coats using a roller or brush.
6. For highly absorbent species (e.g., beech, maple, ash), do not trowel; use roller application only.

Professional tips:

• Unlike traditional solvent-based finishes, CeramicStar should be applied in liberal coats.
• Avoid over-spreading or stretching the coating too thin with the roller.

Drying and curing:

• To prevent excessive swelling pressure in the wood, we recommend only one roller application per day.
• The surface can be sanded and carefully walked on after 3–4 hours (at 15–23°C and normal humidity).
• Finished floors can be put to use after 12 hours under standard conditions.
• Do not cover with rugs or apply maintenance products for at least 7 days.
