AquaSeal PafukiPowder is a professional-grade joint filler designed to match the specific shade of your timber without the need to add wood dust. This solvent-free and scentless powder is mixed with water to create a ready-to-use compound that offers outstanding filling effects and fast drying times. It is also used as the colour and hardening component when combined with AquaSeal PAK-Stop.

Product details:
- Pot life: Approx. 45 minutes after mixing
- Drying time: 20–30 minutes (depending on conditions)
- Compatibility: Can be used alone or with AquaSeal PAK-Stop
- Note: Cannot be mixed with sanding dust
Application:
- Mix AquaSeal PafukiPowder with water until a homogenous, trowel-ready consistency is achieved.
- Apply the compound quickly to the complete surface using a trowel, ensuring no residues are left behind.
- For very absorbent substrates, the water quantity can be slightly increased.
- Once sufficiently dry, perform a careful final sanding to ensure no product residues remain on the wood.
- The floor can then be recoated with any Berger-Seidle finish.
Important notes:
- Large joints should be closed with wood pieces, and wax-contaminated joints must be cleaned before application.
- Avoid mixtures that are too watery (which may settle in gaps) or too thick (which may be torn out during sanding).
- The material will begin to thicken after its 45-minute pot life.
