Yes. Every sale item is the same genuine product sold at full price. We discount items to clear stock, promote new products, or pass on bulk savings. There is no difference in quality, performance, or warranty coverage between sale and regular-priced products.

Yes. Sale items ship with the same delivery options and timeframes as full-price products. Standard and express shipping apply. Orders over $200 qualify for free delivery Australia-wide, regardless of whether items are on sale or at regular price.

Sale items follow the same return policy as all EcoGrit products. If the product is unopened and in original packaging, you have 30 days to return it for a full refund. Contact our team before returning to arrange the process and receive a return authorisation number.

Sale prices change based on stock levels and supplier pricing. Some discounts run for a set period, while others remain until stock sells out. If you see a product on sale that you need, order sooner rather than later to lock in the reduced price.

Sale prices are already reduced and generally cannot be combined with additional discount codes. If a code does apply to sale items, it will be clearly stated in the promotion terms. Free shipping thresholds still apply to sale orders as normal.
