Installation

Adhere tiles to a clean, dry, level subfloor using a suitable acoustic underlay adhesive. Butt-join tiles tightly without overlapping. Stagger joints for best acoustic performance.

Shipping & Delivery

Orders placed before 12pm AEST Monday–Friday are dispatched same day. Standard delivery takes 2–5 business days depending on your location.

Express shipping options are available at checkout for metro areas.

Returns & Warranty

We accept returns within 30 days of purchase for unopened products in original packaging.

All products carry the manufacturer's warranty. If you receive a damaged or faulty item, please contact us within 48 hours with photos and we'll arrange a replacement or refund.
