Standard shipping
Orders ship via Australia Post or courier. Rates are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.
Same-day dispatch
Orders placed before 12pm AEST Monday to Friday are picked, packed, and dispatched the same day from our Knoxfield, Melbourne warehouse.
Delivery times
- Melbourne metro: 1 to 2 business days
- Regional Victoria: 2 to 3 business days
- Sydney, Brisbane, Adelaide: 2 to 4 business days
- Perth, Darwin, Tasmania: 4 to 7 business days
- Regional and remote: 5 to 10 business days
Warehouse pickup
Free pickup from 1/50 Rushdale Street, Knoxfield VIC 3180. Monday to Friday, 7am to 4pm AEST. Call Sales 0403 964 703 ahead so we can have your order ready.
Dangerous goods
Some products (solvent-based oils, certain adhesive hardeners) are classified as dangerous goods and may require ground transport only. This can add 1 to 2 days to delivery. We will contact you if your order is affected.
Returns
14-day return policy
Unopened, unused products in original packaging can be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
Conditions
- Products must be sealed, unused, and in original packaging
- Return shipping is at the customer's expense unless the product is faulty or incorrect
- Mixed or opened products (for example Part A plus Part B combined) cannot be returned
- Custom-tinted or made-to-order products are non-refundable
Faulty or damaged products
If your order arrives damaged or a product is faulty, contact us within 7 days at sales@ecogrit.com.au with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
How to return
- Email sales@ecogrit.com.au with your order number and reason for return
- We will confirm eligibility and provide a return address
- Ship the product back securely (we recommend the original packaging)
- Refund is processed within 5 business days of receiving the return
