Priority dispatch
Trade orders placed before 12pm AEST ship same day from our Knoxfield warehouse. Dedicated picking priority over retail orders.
30-day payment terms
Approved trade accounts receive 30-day terms on invoice. No credit card surcharges. Monthly statements issued on the 1st.
Technical support
Direct phone line to our technical team. We sand and finish floors ourselves, so the advice comes from practical experience, not a script. Assistance with product selection, system matching, and troubleshooting.
Sample kits
Paid sample tins available across the range. Cost is deducted from your full order if you proceed within 30 days. Test before you commit to a full project.
Brand training
We organise product training sessions with Rubio Monocoat, Berger-Seidle, and WOCA brand representatives. Trade account holders get first access to training events.
