High elastic trowel filler for closing wide joints in timber floors
AquaSeal Pak Stop is an extreme performance, permanently high elastic trowel filler designed for closing wide joints and movement gaps in parquet and timber floors. It is built for jobs where standard fillers can crack or fail, allowing expansion gaps to move while still delivering a sandable, coat-ready surface.
Pak Stop is supplied as a clear binder and is coloured and hardened by mixing in AquaSeal PafukiPowder in a matching timber colour.

How to use
- Sand the floor thoroughly and remove any old filler from joints and gaps.
- Immediately before use, add AquaSeal PafukiPowder and mechanically stir until the mix is fully homogeneous and trowel ready.
- Apply the mixed paste quickly over the entire sanded floor using a stainless steel trowel.
- Do not leave residues on the surface.
- After drying, sand back to bare wood, then proceed with fine sanding.
- Coat with your chosen AquaSeal finishing product.
Important notes
- Shrinkage in very large joints during drying is normal. If needed, apply a second coat after overnight drying.
- Because Pak Stop remains permanently elastic, it allows expansion gaps to move to a large extent.
Drying
- Sandable after approx. 14 to 16 hours
- Low temperature, high humidity, thick coats or poor ventilation can delay drying

- For wide joints and movement gaps, use AquaSeal Pak Stop
